Capturing the dreams of his clients and designing those dreams into their home is not just a job to Stan, of Stan Schrofer & Associates, Inc., it is his mission.

Jack and Chereen Langley knew what they wanted in the home they were about to build on what had been the golf course on the grounds of the Western White House in San Clemente. Their dream was to have a Tuscan Villa style, which still kept the Southern California beach comfort feeling of the area.

When they met Stan Schrofer they knew they had found the architect who could fulfill their dream. Stan Schrofer & Associates has a 25-year history of building beautiful homes in some of the most prestigious communities in California. His after-college years of traveling the world to experience first hand other people's culture, philosophy and building methods gave him the opportunity to learn about and understand the principles of Feng Shui and Vaastu as well. He uses these philosophies for integrating the flow of positive harmonies and energies to the homes he designs.

Recognizing that the quality of light is fundamental to the design, Stan's beautiful skylights allow the light to drop in and spread throughout the space. Stan's knowledge of all phases of building, and his relationship with top contractors who are quality cost efficient, allows him to conduct the bidding processes and qualify and recommend a skilled contractor for a particular project. He then works closely with the chosen contractor and maintains quality control over the whole project. "Working with the clients is especially important," Stan said. "I have an inherent instinct for what it is they want.

An architect is an artist. Giving a home flow as well as function makes that home unique in character. I believe that hands-on involvement in this work of art is like a sculptor creating a fine statue." The beautiful Langley home certainly expresses all those qualities. "I design for the client's feelings. I see them in the environment and I introduce the flow and elegance to achieve the best out of all spaces, and the most performance out of site limitations."

Stan's instinct, as well as his 25 years experience building over 250 houses, serves him well in checking out and solving what appears to be a problem in any phase. He takes his clients through the entire process, including City Hall, to the Homeowner's Association, integrating interior design following through to site visits during construction.

Keeping his client's wishes in the forefront is the most important. Stan works closely with his clients and communication is his number one priority. "I can see certain solutions that are only developed through many years of architectural experience. It's not just a gift, its also hard work. I can achieve solutions for each individual client. These are the kind of things that I can offer when the client encourages creative designs," states Stan.

His office has been fully CAD computer-integrated for fifteen years. His staff understands and works with this leading edge architectural and engineering technology, which allows him to deliver high standards of precision for his clients. His experience, integrity and love for his work creates an atmosphere that culminates in an elegant home for very satisfied clients who love living in the home of their dreams.
